Ruth In Marciac

Every year (except the last one) there is a large Jazz Festival at the nearby village of Marciac at which World-class acts are featured. This year Ruth featured (in a small way!) introducing her new book of memoirs and short stories, When We Were Wicked. 

Her appearance was hosted by Gaelle and Richard, owners of the book shop, La Chouette Qui Lit.

 Wow! A lot has happened since our last Post. The most recent has been the publication of Ruth's book of short stories and memoirs, 'When We Were Wicked'. Here's the cover:-

The last Post you may have seen dates from 2016,but a technical problem arose which meant that we couldn't get into the dashboard of the blog and so couldn't add any Posts. In the mean time Ruth has been publishing a fortnightly blog on her website, ruthhartley.com. Have a look at it. It tells you all about her writings, her art and her thoughts on life.
